The County Integrated Development Planning (CIDP) Process encourage the involvement of communities and organizations in the matters of County government.

Mombasa Gate City Master Plan integrate all the existing Master Plans of various infrastructures within the city of Mombasa and its surrounding. It includes all city infrastructure within Mombasa.

Capital Investment Plans
(CIPs) are intended to help bridge this gap by providing practical and realistic guidance
regarding the next steps in implementing the capital development aspects of the plan.

Aims at strengthen local governance and improve urban service delivery in selected urban municipalities by reforming frameworks for urban governance, municipal restructuring, strengthening of planning mechanism, financing and capacity building, and investment in infrastructure and service delivery improvements in the towns

Mombasa County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) provides the frameworks and development anchorage for the preparation of series of Annual Development Plans (ADP).
